IT Workplace Projects Leader

THE ROLE:

IT Workplace Projects Leader is the person accountable of workstation projects declined from global workplace strategy. He ensures the planning of all projects and the coordination for IT department until the delivery.

The IT Workplace Projects Leader will take the lead on a global team with some dedicate and shared resources from various teams of the world (Marseille, Singapore, US, UK, etc…). Main objectives are to manage Global projects roadmap on a regular basis with the appropriate reporting & alerts. He must put in place and deliver all projects networked desktop environment in order to achieve these targets, and of course take care of users experience.

This role be part of the Global IT Workplace team with other service lines leaders (VIP, Security, MDM Run & Mailing). He will report to the Global Workplace IT Manager (France).

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

The mains responsibilities will be to:

- Coordinate all projects for the Global Workplace

- Build the projects road map and manage project planning

- Ensure the good delivery of projects on this scope

- Be the single point of contact for all Workstation topics regarding projects, architecture and standards

- To oversee and ensure the implementation of the technical strategy for workstations and their deployment.

- Ensure the transition to Run team with appropriate materials & process

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- Strong skills in IT Project management with experience on multi country lead/project

- High level of technical awareness with PC’s, Macs, Laptops, remote working and Admin Tools (Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, GPO)

- Technical Expertise on workstation management (SCCM, In Tune) ideally with MS Certifications

- Strong knowledge on end point security

- Knowing how to be accountable of topic from the end to end

- A general understanding of network technologies

- Fluent in English

- Strong skills in communication

- Strong inter personal skills and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people at different levels

- Knowledge or at least appetence for Digital & Technologies

- This position also requires great availability and can be need some 24/7 actions
