Internship - Assistant PMO

YOUR ROLE
Within the CMA CGM Group’s R&D and Energy Transition Department, you will support the person in charge of the General Secretariat of the New Energies Coalition.
You will contribute to promoting the Coalition’s initiatives and ensuring its smooth day-to-day operations, supporting its mission to accelerate the energy transition across the transportation and logistics sectors.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
- You will contribute to the preparation and coordination of the Coalition’s committees, ensuring cross-functional monitoring of projects carried out within the different working groups
- You will support the drafting of specifications, project documentation and key deliverables
- You will create high-value content, including internal communication materials, LinkedIn posts, and updates for the Coalition’s website and social media channels
- You will support the Coalition’s day-to-day activities, including document and administrative management, meeting coordination, note-taking and the preparation of concise meeting minutes
- You will leverage AI tools to improve efficiency across research, synthesis and content creation activities
- You will conduct strategic and regulatory monitoring on energy transition topics, including sustainable energy, mobility and innovation in transportation
- You will develop and continuously improve an action-tracking tool to coordinate and monitor the Coalition’s initiatives
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Energy, Sustainability, International Relations, Energy Transition Engineering or a related field
- Ideally, you have initial experience in project management or coordination within an international environment
- You have excellent writing and communication skills, including for social media, and are fluent in both French and English
- You are proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint, as well as collaborative tools
- You are a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with tact and diplomacy across different stakeholders
- Curious, proactive and well-organized, you know how to leverage AI tools effectively and demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis skills to deliver high-quality work
