Internship - Business development Junior (Energy Department)

YOUR ROLE : 

 

Under the supervision of your tutor, you will join the Bunkering & Energy Transition Department of CMA CGM. You will be responsible for sourcing renewable energies, associated business development, and understanding local regulations applicable to these new energies. 

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ? 

 
Your main mission will be to source renewable fuel production to supply CMA CGM’s fleet as part of its decarbonization strategy:

Identify target geographies.

Map out renewable marine fuel producers in the selected regions, along with the associated local regulations.

Prioritize outreach to selected prospects.

During this internship, with the support of your mentor, you will be assisted in your tasks by various CMA CGM departments at the Head Office (CSR, R&D), as well as by local teams (subsidiaries, agencies).

 


 
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ? 
 

You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master’s level or final year of an engineering program) with a specialization in Energy, Renewable Energy, or International Trade.

You have a strong interest in renewable energy and environmental regulations.

You are comfortable reading, writing, and speaking in English.

Your open-mindedness, interpersonal skills, responsiveness, and diplomacy will enable you to successfully carry out the responsibilities of this position.

You quickly demonstrate a sense of rigor, autonomy, and a pedagogical approach, along with strong communication skills that help you build solid working relationships.
