Your ability to work as a team with others in these areas, will be key to the success of the workflow process alignment.

You will be required to direct the actions of POL or POD to regain an acceptable balance. This will be achieved by instructing them on the need to either divert, reduce, or increase volumes as the situation dictates. You will also be expected to evaluate, the fastest and most cost efficient solutions to these imbalance situations, and support your findings with the actual recovery plan and additional costs that will be incurred by the line or area.
  • Furthermore, you will also be in charge of evaluating all processes under your scope, whether on the agency or line side. This will require quick response on your side to ensure that the Best Practice Guidelines on key points to help identify irregularities is being followed, and any abnormalities are identified and brought to the attention of management at every level (agencies, lines, CAN and Global Accounts).
