Internship - Communication, Learning & Innovation

YOUR ROLE  

 

The Learner Experience Factory (LX Factory) is the CMA CGM Group entity dedicated to designing and promoting engaging learning experiences. It supports the Group’s Business Academies in the creation and deployment of innovative learning solutions, including e-learning, videos, generative AI, virtual reality, development programmes, and learning resources, while contributing to strengthening employee engagement in skills development.

 

As part of the deployment of its new Learning communication strategy and the animation of its global network of Learning stakeholders, the LX Factory is looking for a Learning Communication & Innovation Intern.

 

This internship will provide the successful candidate with comprehensive experience in communication, Learning offering marketing, and community engagement within an international environment.

 

The intern will report directly to the Head of LX Factory at the CMA CGM Group, support the Learning Communication Expert of the LX Factory, and work closely with the Head of Communication Learning & Talent Development.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ? 

 

1. Learning Communication & Promotion of Learning Offerings

 

Contribute to the promotion and visibility of the Group’s learning solutions and development programmes:

  • Create communication materials, including visuals, newsletters, videos, infographics, user guides, and Teams and intranet campaigns
  • Design and produce editorial and digital content tailored to different internal communication channels
  • Support community management activities on the internal social network, including identifying relevant topics, writing and publishing articles and posts, creating associated content, and monitoring engagement
  • Contribute to communication campaigns related to MyLearning and the Business Academies
  • Promote new learning pathways, content, and Learning events
  • Participate in the creation of content showcasing the achievements of the LX Factory and the Group’s Learning projects
  • Create and adapt visual and video content, including through the use of generative AI tools
  • Adapt and distribute communications to different internal communities

 

2. Learning Community Engagement & Animation

 

Contribute to the engagement and development of the international Learning network:

  • Participate in the animation and engagement of the global Learning community
  • Support the preparation and communication of the Group’s Learning events
  • Highlight inspiring local initiatives and Learning success stories
  • Produce communication materials and resources for Learning Project Managers and Business Academies
  • Contribute to initiatives promoting knowledge sharing among Learning stakeholders

 

3. Learning Innovation & Trends Monitoring

 

Contribute to promoting the culture of innovation driven by the LX Factory:

  • Identify and share emerging trends in Digital Learning, AI, VR, and learner experience
  • Conduct benchmarks and produce summaries of market innovations
  • Promote and showcase experiments and initiatives led by the LX Factory
  • Contribute to the dissemination of learning and instructional best practices across the Group
  • Occasionally participate in the creation of demonstration content or presentation materials showcasing Learning innovations

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ? 

 

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5 equivalent) in Communication, Marketing, Media, Digital, or Business, with a specialization in Communication
  • You have excellent writing and editorial skills
  • You are proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, Monday, and Microsoft 365 collaborative tools; knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite would be considered an advantage
  • You have a good command of digital content creation tools, including visual, video, presentation, and social media content
  • You are proficient in, or have a strong interest in, generative AI tools applied to content creation
  • You have knowledge of, or a strong interest in, digital communication and community engagement
  • You have professional proficiency in English and are comfortable interacting effectively with international stakeholders
  • You are creative, curious, and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative
  • You have strong organizational skills and are able to manage priorities effectively
