Integrated into the Container Logistics Department based at the head office in Marseille, you join the “Damage Claims” department in order to support them in their daily tasks.



You participate in the follow-up of claims following container damage. In this context, you manage several cases of damage to our containers following storms or incidents at sea. You are the privileged contact between the network of Recourse agents around the world and our Insurer based in London. You are in charge of identifying the origin of the damage (type of goods, etc.), monitoring repair quotes, planning inspections and financial settlement. The tasks are both operational and managerial.

You are also in charge of the development and deployment of "Fees Logisitiques" (products sold to the customer for protection in the event of damage) in the various countries: production of deployment kits, identification of target countries, contact with the Local Sales teams ...

In addition, as part of the deployment of the iRecovery application to our Agents (400 users), you define and build new Reporting required to manage the Agent activity in iRecovery. You define and set up performance indicators for the Recourse by the Agents (processing time, amount recovered, etc.)

On a daily basis, you will interact with all the players in the CMA CGM Logistics chain: Agents, Ports, Terminals, Legal Department, Sales Team, Maintenance and Repair Department, etc.






  • Student in the last year of an engineering cycle or a business school with a logistics specialty, you have already completed an internship in the same field of activity.
  • With a logical and rigorous mind, you handle encrypted data as well as computer tools with ease.
  • Contact person, you adapt your mode of communication according to your interlocutors, in French as in English.
  • Your responsiveness and curiosity will allow you to succeed in this position.
