Integrated into the Risk Compliance Audit Inspection (RCAI) Department, you participate in audit and investigation assignments and in internal structuring projects of the Corporate Internal Audit department.




Within the Internal Audit and Corporate Investigations Department, based in Marseille, you participate in organizational, strategic and value-added audits.

Focused on processes, you audit a wide scope of areas, ranging from finance to business cycles (Operations, HR, Marketing, Documentation, etc.), at the level of entities in the Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA ). You pay particular attention to the quality of internal control, the compliance of local practices with Group policies and the absence of abnormal financial reports. You identify dysfunctions in order to diagnose and propose solutions, write audit reports and ensure that the recommendations made are implemented. You communicate the results of audits through audit reports and through oral presentations to management.

In addition, you contribute to internal structuring projects of the Internal Audit department on methodology, technology, knowledge and training themes. In particular, you help the Group Methodology Manager in the design and deployment of the 2022 quality review program on all of the Corporate Audit hubs of the CMA CGM group.





  • Currently in Master 2 business school or engineer, you ideally already have experience in an internal audit department of a large international group or external audit in a reputable firm.
  • Your English is fluent, both written and spoken. You have a perfect command of computer tools, especially Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of the group's internal audit tool (Teammate) will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of maritime activities as well as IFRS standards would be appreciated.
  • Business acumen and understanding of functional links, good level of written writing, analytical mind, capacity for synthesis and critical thinking are key. Rigorous work, combined with creativity and situational intelligence will allow you to be successful in this internship.
