Internship - Employer branding officer

YOUR ROLE

 

Within the HR Department, you will be part of the Employer Brand team, responsible for implementing and coordinating the Group’s Employer Brand.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Promote an employer branding culture within the CMA CGM Group.
  • Support the development of employer branding with our HR teams across international subsidiaries (+160 countries) to meet CMA CGM’s objectives in talent attraction and retention.
  • Communicate on social media about employer branding initiatives, in collaboration with the Corporate Communication team, highlighting HR actions across various projects (employer branding campaigns, rollout of new HR tools, internal career pathways, etc.).
  • Create original content (articles, videos, posts) and organize events, while ensuring effective communication around these initiatives.
  • Develop internal and external HR communication materials aligned with CMA CGM’s employer branding strategy.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of implemented initiatives, in order to adjust priorities and achieve set objectives.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (M1 or M2) with a specialization in Marketing, Communication, or Human Resources
  • You have some experience in Communication, Marketing, or project management, ideally related to employer branding
  • You are able to create, structure, and lead projects with creativity, rigor, and resilience
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy bringing people together around projects or topics
  • You are comfortable with digital tools and/or can quickly adapt to new platforms
  • You have basic skills in content creation or are comfortable producing written materials
  • You are curious, positive, and enthusiastic
  • You enjoy keeping up-to-date with market trends, employer branding innovations, and evolving talent expectations
  • You are able to propose innovative and relevant ideas adapted to the CMA CGM Group to enhance our attractiveness
  • You are fluent in English
