Internship - Global Customer Excellence

YOUR ROLE
You will support the Learning & Development pillar of our People Excellence strategy, contributing to large-scale initiatives designed to strengthen customer centricity and business performance across our global network. Reporting to the Head of Customer Care Development, you will join a dynamic and international team dedicated to empowering our Customer Care community through capability development, leadership growth, and transformation programs.
Your role will support the development of more than 8,000 Customer Care professionals worldwide, including teams based in Regional Offices, Agencies and GBS. Our ambition is to elevate Customer Care excellence by translating business priorities into impactful learning and development initiatives that equip our teams with the skills, technologies, AI knowledge, and expertise needed to deliver outstanding customer experiences and sustainable business results.
In this role, you will collaborate daily with a diverse network of stakeholders across the organization, including Regional and Local HR teams, Customer Care Regional Heads, the Shipping Academy, the TANGRAM Learning Center, Digital and Transformation teams, as well as subject matter experts from around the world. This position offers a unique opportunity to build strong relationships, facilitate collaboration across cultures and functions, and contribute directly to the future of Customer Care within CMA CGM.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
- Learning & Capability Development

- Partner with Customer Care experts across regions and agencies to identify capability development needs and co-create learning solutions
- Contribute to the design and deployment of global learning journeys supporting key business transformations.
- Create and maintain training curricula within our Learning Management System (DOCEBO)
- Support the development of capability-building initiatives related to Customer Experience, Leadership, Communication, Change Management, Adoption, Digital Transformation, and Artificial Intelligence
- Ensure learning content remains relevant, up to date, and aligned with business priorities
- Global Project Coordination
- Support the delivery of global capability development programs and training initiatives.
- Coordinate learning activities across regional hubs and local organizations
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and help ensure key milestones are achieved
- Participate in the development and maintenance of reporting tools used to track training performance and adoption
- Produce clear dashboards and reports to support decision-making and management visibility
- Network Animation & Community Engagement

- Actively contributes to engaging a global network of Customer Care stakeholders
- Organize, facilitate, and coordinate interactions with various communities and project contributors
- Share best practices, success stories, and learning opportunities across the network
- Support communication and change management activities using a variety of communication channels
- Help create a positive and collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Communication & Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with multiple departments and international stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
- Prepare professional presentations, communication materials, reports, and management updates
- Facilitate discussions and encourage collaboration among diverse audiences
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at global, regional, and local levels
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- You are currently pursuing an advanced university degree
- You have a good command of English, both written and spoken. French and any additional language would be considered an advantage
- You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and consistently deliver on your commitments
- You have strong organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have a very good knowledge of various communication channels and tools used for community engagement and animation, as well as AI tools and applications
- You have a very good knowledge of reporting and facilitation tools, including Excel, Qlik Sense, MS Forms, MS Teams, Digital Whiteboard, and Beekast
