Internship - Project Manager Officer Stowman Software (M/W)

MISSION

Within the CMA CGM Group Operations Department (DIROPS), the DSIOPS team is in charge of the development, support and deployment of the STOWMAN software used for planning vessel loads as well as for monitoring the vessel's stability conditions. .

This software is deployed in our operational centers, in branches and on board (MACS3 version) for the entire fleet of the CMA CGM Group and for certain chartered vessels. We must follow the delivery activity of new versions of the software, ensure the quality of the deliverables, that the requests for changes are correctly prioritized and delivered, and we must also monitor the deployment of the software with the community. ship managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the responsibility of the DSIOPS team leader, you report to him. You will in particular be required to work transversally with:

- the DIROPS teams,
- operational center teams (such as Line ship managers),
- CMAShips teams
- suppliers of software and vessel profiles (NAVIS, etc.),

In this context, to maintain the quality of the Stowman software at the highest standard, you assist the DSIOPS team for the monitoring, acceptance and deployment of the Stowman software used by the operational staff. This includes the following aspects:

- Control of the deployment of Stowman versions
- Monitoring of software development and correction requests with the publisher
- Monitoring of software revenue phases
- Assistance with requests for vessel profiles
- Management of the tool's various support tickets (user monitoring and application correction)

Depending on your results and your proposals, other activities may be added to the activity of the internship.

PROFILE AND SKILLS

• Currently a student in the last year of an Engineering School, preferably specialized in project management, you have ideally completed an internship in similar functions.
• You have good knowledge in the use of office automation tools, spreadsheets and BI.
• A good analytical mind, rigor in monitoring tasks and a certain dynamism will allow you to successfully complete this mission.
• You are able to demonstrate oral autonomy and fluency in public.
• You have a very good level of written and spoken English.
