Internship - Project Officer

YOUR ROLE

 

Projects & Studies Intern in GEN Process Excellence Department responsible for improving agency network efficiency, deploy core applications thanks to his dedicated HO Core team, Regional Business Excellence network and local Quality and Process referents. The position will partner transformation and product owners to put in place clear visibility on core tools adoption. Interaction with IT BI/reporting team will be required to define and deliver all in one Adoption Dashboard. 

 


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

 

  • Adoption and success criteria Definition with product and business owners stake holders.
  • Enhancement of existing dashboard to reflect these elements and new dashboard creation with business functional teams when missing.
  • Adoption monitoring and alerting to deployment leaders and Regional team when adoption is not reached or success criteria not observed. Build action plans to correct the trend.
  • Define all in one adoption and success criteria dashboard to compile adoption.

 


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

 

  • You are currently enrolled in a Master's degree programme at a business school, a PGE programme or in your final year of engineering school.
  • Ideally, you have some initial experience in maritime transport.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • You are proficient in office suites (such as Google Suite or Microsoft Office).
  • You have one or more experiences in project management and the ability to lead meetings (mainly in English).
  • You are comfortable in interpersonal relationships and have no barriers to expression when dealing with all types of interlocutors.
  • Your rigour, proactivity, autonomy and team spirit will enable you to easily adapt to this supportive team.
  • Good writing skills are essential.
