Internship - QHSE Project Officer

YOUR ROLE
The SSE HO department manages regulatory aspects related to safety and environmental matters.
It works transversally with the Group’s real estate, projects, maintenance and security teams.
It provides guidance and oversight on several Group sites.
As part of this mission, you contribute to the deployment of an HSE supervision tool across the French perimeter.
You help define Group-wide safety standards, aligned with regulatory obligations and internal best practices.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
You deploy a tool designed to harmonize all DUERP (risk assessment documents) across CMA CGM Group.
You design a safety talk program for employees.
You implement a system for reporting and tracking accidents and incidents, in order to monitor risks and identify areas for improvement.
You help structure HSE performance indicators and integrate them into the tool.
You collaborate with operational teams to ensure proper adoption of the tools and processes.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in QHSE or equivalent.
You are familiar with HSE standards and proficient in digital tools.
You have an intermediate level of English, which you use to read and write technical documentation.
You demonstrate adaptability, rigor, autonomy and flexibility.
You are comfortable in a fast-moving environment and know how to structure your actions within a project framework.
