Internship - Recruitment officer

YOUR ROLE
Within the Human Resources Department of Marseilles’ Head Office, you join the Recruitment team to bring your support in the daily management of their missions.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- You contribute to recruitment for all roles within the group and support the different members of the Talent Acquisition, Campus Relations, and Employer Branding teams.
- You collaborate with recruiters, participate in developing the recruitment strategy, and implement the corresponding sourcing actions.
- You take part in drafting job descriptions in both French and English and are responsible for publishing them on various job boards and on our career site.
- You develop a high-quality, ongoing talent pool for recurring positions and carry out an initial screening of applications received, followed by recruitment interviews.
- You maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) to monitor candidate progress, and you assist the team by producing reports and analyses related to recruitment activities.
- You will also be responsible for ensuring a positive and qualitative candidate experience and may take on any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the department.
- You will have the opportunity to participate in managing cross-functional projects, such as employer branding events.
- You will contribute to the creation of various presentations (e.g., for training purposes or meetings).
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You are currently preparing a Master’s Degree in Human Resources or General Management, you have a first internship experience within a Human Resources Department or within a recruitment agency, and are now familiar with the technical assessment of profiles.
Autonomous, meticulous, you have strong communication skills and are fluent both French and English.
