YOUR ROLE
As a Talent Development Intern at CMA CGM, you will support the Talent Development team in delivering key projects and initiatives that enhance employee growth, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness. You will gain hands-on experience in a global shipping and logistics environment, working closely with HR professionals and business leaders to contribute to talent programs, data analysis, and process improvement.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
- You assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and talent development events
- You support the administration of talent review and succession planning processes, including data collection and reporting
- You help prepare materials and communications for leadership and career development programs
- You participate in the analysis of employee feedback and learning needs to inform program improvements
- You contribute to the maintenance and updating of digital learning platforms and resources
- You collaborate with team members to track participation and outcomes of development initiatives
- You assist with logistics for assessment centers and career interviews
- You conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in talent development
- You support internal communications and employee engagement activities
- You provide general administrative support to the Talent Development team as needed
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- You have strong organizational and communication skills
- You have a strong interest in learning and talent development within a global business environment
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- You are collaborative, open-minded, and eager to contribute to team success
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital learning tools is a plus.
