Internship - Transversal Project Management & Studies

YOUR ROLE
As an intern, you will work on projects and studies within the GEN Process Excellence department. You will be responsible for supporting cross-functional projects and studies for the Agency's network. You will also participate in the implementation of transformation projects, communication, and change management in collaboration with all key stakeholders.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
Main responsibilities:
- On the project side, you will support and contribute to cross-functional commercial/customer service projects that have a positive impact.
- You will support continuous improvement initiatives with the participation of other teams.
- You will prepare and support the business process and customer service management network for project deployment and change management.
- You will participate in various business and customer service case studies.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You have a Master's degree in business administration or international trade.
- You are proficient in IT and office software (Office Suites).
- You are an effective communicator and enjoy working in a team.
- Ideally, you have some experience in project management or in the field of maritime transport.
- You have proven ability to coordinate projects, meet deadlines, anticipate and minimize risks.
- You have skills in facilitating meetings and writing.
- You have the ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data as well as reporting dashboards.
- Your curiosity and commitment will be assets for success in this position.
- You are fluent in English.
