Internship - Treasury and Project Management Head Office

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
- Monitoring penny tests, verifying their status in the banking communication tool, analysing results and updating penny test logs.
- Identifying causes (tools, formats, services) in the event of penny tests not being performed and communicating the results to the teams concerned, with corrective actions where necessary.
- Daily monitoring of acceptance phases and implementation of a tool to track daily updates.
- Organising a schedule for regular communication on the status of tests to the project team and notifying the team of major events impacting the roadmap.
- Analysing delays and schedule adjustments, identifying the causes of deviations (more than 5 working days) and implementing a tool to track these deviations with an explanation of the root cause.
- Drafting improvement proposals in the event of delays or significant adjustments to the initial schedule.
- Monitoring and assistance with the bank fee management project, including understanding how it currently works, helping to set up a management tool and defining monitoring reports.
- Monitoring and assistance with the bank authorisation management project, including understanding how it currently works, helping to set up a tool and defining monitoring reports.
- Regular monitoring of actions related to FiCOM, acting as the main point of contact between headquarters (HO) and FiCOM for all ongoing issues.
- Implementation and management of the tools needed to monitor tests, project deviations and reporting, while ensuring regular and structured communication with project teams and stakeholders.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- You are preparing a Master's degree with a specialisation in corporate finance.
- You are proficient in office software, particularly the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Your interpersonal skills, listening skills and dynamism are essential assets for this position.
- You have excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
