Internship - procurement Transformation Project officer

YOUR ROLE :


Reporting to the Group Purchasing Department, you will be responsible for supporting the purchasing transformation team on change projects, coordinating purchasing and leading the purchasing community, and implementing responsible purchasing projects.

 


WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 


1- Coordination, leadership, communication
• Contribute to the redesign of the purchasing page on the corporate website
• Formalise an onboarding kit for new arrivals
• Provide support for change initiatives (communication, SharePoint redesign, etc.)
• Provide support for subsidiary coordination (meeting planning, dashboards, KPIs, etc.)
• Provide support for event organisation (webinars, seminars, etc.)
2- Support for responsible purchasing projects:
• Supports the renewal of the RFAR label - Supplier Relations and Responsible Purchasing (preparation of the labelling audit, follow-up with stakeholders, consolidation of responses, monitoring of planning, etc.)
• Supports the supplier satisfaction survey

 


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


• You are in your second year of a Master's degree at a business school or in your third year of an engineering school, studying purchasing. 
• You enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of teamwork.
• You are curious and seek out the information you need to successfully complete your projects.
• You are independent and determined. You know how to navigate a complex organisation and build relationships with your colleagues. 
• You are rigorous, concise and concerned about the quality of your deliverables.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be useful.
