Internship quality management system

YOUR ROLE 

 

You will join the Quality department of CMA Ships (Performance & Organization division), within a team spread across Marseille, Le Havre and Singapore. Alongside the system manager (based in QSSE), you will contribute to overhauling and simplifying the quality management system, in collaboration with all department heads. 

 

As part of your studies, you are looking for a 6-month internship starting January 2027 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? 

 

  • Overhaul and simplification of documentation: You will review the content and structure of the quality management system to make it clearer and more accessible to all. 

  • Project management and coordination: You will organize project follow-up and review with the relevant department heads, and coordinate teamwork around the system overhaul. 

  • Follow-up and reporting: You will produce regular progress updates on the overhaul and highlight the simplification methods put in place. 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

 

  • Education: You are pursuing a degree from an engineering or business school, with an interest in change management. Knowledge of ISO 9001 is a plus. 

  • Technical skills: You are comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and can structure, simplify and clarify complex content. 

  • Languages: Professional English required; French is not required. 

  • Personal qualities: You have a strong ability to synthesize and explain, good interpersonal skills, and can work autonomously while proposing ideas.
