Internship - sales equipment officer assistant

YOUR ROLE 


Within the Container Logistics Management Department, you will be responsible for assisting the container rental contracts team in their daily tasks.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for controlling part of the invoicing and updating the system after data reconciliation. Once you have mastered the logic and operation of the control tool, you will help your manager delegate some of the controls to the Shared Service Center (SSC) by improving the control tool and /the current process.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ? 


As part of a 6-month internship, you will be in charge of:

Developing a B2B sales platform project for the CMA CGM Group: gathering requirements from the network of agents and managing change, liaising with the IT teams responsible for development, creating and updating customer master data, performing tests, and training users.

Auditing and controlling sales in multiple countries: analyzing sales by customer, benchmarking prices, ensuring compliance with customs formalities...

Implementing operational reporting on the performance of agents in container sales.

On a daily basis, you will interact with all stakeholders in the CMA CGM logistics chain: agents, sales team, maintenance and repair department, etc.

 

Concretely:

Participate in writing a newsletter to inform the network about the progress of the project.

Control the quality of the solution and its functionalities.

Perform tests and create user guides.

Analyze sales data to measure agent performance and define corrective actions.

Conduct confidential audits in certain countries.

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

You are currently pursuing or have completed a Master’s degree in international business, management, or engineering.

You have strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

You have a fluent level of English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate with English-speaking colleagues.

You have good analytical skills, teamwork spirit, and rigor.
