MISSION
Lead the strategy for measuring and analyzing data related to learning and skills development, with the aim of optimizing the effectiveness of training programs and aligning performance indicators with the company’s strategic objectives.
Also ensure budget monitoring and investment analysis.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
• Define and implement a strategy for collecting, analyzing, and leveraging Learning data.
• Identify, monitor, and analyze training-related KPIs (completion rates, learner satisfaction, ROI, skills development, etc.).
• Collaborate with L&D, HR, IT, and business teams to ensure consistency of data and tools used.
• Produce dashboards and regular reports for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor trends and best practices in Learning analytics tools and the market.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning pathways through data analysis.
• Ensure compliance of data processing activities with applicable regulations (GDPR).
• Develop and monitor the annual budget for Group training activities.
• Implement reporting tools and dashboards to track costs, investments, and L&D performance indicators.
• Analyze variances between forecast and actual results and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with L&D teams to assess the profitability and effectiveness of training programs (ROI, efficiency, adoption rates).
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Management Control, or equivalent (Master’s level / Bac+5).
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in management control, ideally within an HR or Learning environment.
• Significant experience in Learning data management or HR KPI monitoring.
SKILLS
• Strong command of reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP, etc.).
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong data storytelling and communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, organizational skills, and results-oriented approach.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
