New Energies Coalition Project Manager

YOUR ROLE

 

Within the New Energies Coalition, you ensure the coordination of the Coalition for the energies of tomorrow of the transport and logistics industry. Accountable of the execution of the projects pursued by the 21 members of the Coalition, you ensure the delivery and the coordination of the projects launched by this coalition organized in a consortium.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

 

Reporting to the General Secretary of the New Energies Coalition, within the Operations & Assets division, you ensure the coordination of the various projects of the Coalition, which main objective is the acceleration of the energy transition of the transport and logistics industries.

 

You will :

  • Coordinate and support the work groups leaders in followin up of their deliverables and reaching their objectives
  • Plan and organize the different Coalition governance bodies : transversal committee, steering committee, CEOs committee
  • Follow up actions on a monthly basis
  • Manage external and internal communication of the Coalition under the approval of Steering committee and CEOs committee
  • Launch and supervise the internet website of the Coalition
  • Identify the new projects that the Coalition could pursue
  • Ensure a watch keeping on energy transition
  • Prepare the Coalition budget
  • Facilitate the advocacy actions on energy transition topics, in liaison with relevant departments within the Group

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

 

  • Ideally with an engineering background, or a strong and structured interest for the energy transition topics,
  • You have a 10 years significant experience in project management or project management office, at international level. Ideally, you have an engineering background or a strong interest in topics related to the energy transition, and you have significant experience in project management and/or project coordination (PMO) in an international context.
  • Definitely facilitating, you are thanks to your listening skills and project steering skills, a seasoned multi tasking project manager.
  • You know how to synthetize and communicate, in order to circulate information and unlock situations that can develop complexity.
  • Your knowledge of european and french institutions will be an asset for your missions.
  • Fluent written and oral english, you have a perfect command of the Office tools and in particular Excel and Powerpoint. 
  • You demonstrate Reactivity and Curiosity for energies for tomorrow.
