YOUR ROLE
This position reports to the Department Director, within the Transformation – Assets & Operations Directorate.
The Assets Operating Model, Process Excellence & Change Lead designs and implements target operational models that enable Assets transformations to deliver sustainable impact. This role involves structuring processes, clarifying responsibilities, supporting organizational changes, and ensuring alignment between operational activities, data, and tools. The ultimate goal is to transform projects into new operational models that are genuinely adopted, managed, and continuously improved over time.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Design target operational models for Assets transformations: roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes, operational governance, committee structures, and run-phase procedures
- Map and optimize processes, distinguishing between high-level views (for executive alignment) and detailed models (for operational execution)
- Bridge the gap between processes, data, and tools to ensure that activities, data, and digital/operational solutions form a coherent, understandable, and sustainable system
- Support the adoption of new operational models in collaboration with Change Management teams, the Academy, business units, operational stakeholders, and sponsors
- Contribute to digital and non-digital projects based on their organizational impact, ensuring that high-impact projects have a tailored framework for processes, data, tools, roles, and adoption
- Secure the transition from project to operational phase by defining post-deployment responsibilities, usage guidelines, monitoring indicators, and support/escalation mechanisms
- Maintain a shared repository including processes, RACI matrices, business rules, user documentation, adoption materials, and lessons learned.
As part of your missions, you will interact with the following departments and teams :
- Transformation Assets: Data & Insights, Project Teams/Framing Studio, Control Tower, PMO, Transformation Leads, Project Managers, Change Managers
- Assets Business Units: Operational departments, Business Owners, Process Owners, Key Users, Sponsors, and Field Representatives
- Group Functions: Change Management, Academy, CIO Office, IT, Data Office, Data Governance, Digital Teams, Innovation, and other cross-functional teams
- External Partners: Consulting firms, integrators, tool vendors, transformation, or change management providers when engaged.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 7 to 12 years of experience in organization design, transformation, operational excellence, process management, change management, or consulting
- Proven experience in complex, cross-functional, and multi-stakeholder environments, ideally in industry, transport, supply chain, logistics, energy, or maritime sectors
- Expertise in Target Operating Model, Business Process Management, RACI, operational governance, change management, and continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of data-driven environments and digital projects: data governance, data quality, operational tools, dashboards, management solutions, or collaborative platforms
- Stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional decision-making. Ability to produce executive-level summaries and detailed deliverables for operational teams
- Ability to translate strategic challenges into concrete, clear, and actionable operational models for teams.
