Operational Control Manager

YOUR ROLE:
You analyze, validate, and consolidate commercial, operational, and financial data to provide maximum visibility into the Group’s Equipment (containers) activity, thereby optimizing decision-making across the Group’s various departments.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- You will lead and manage a dedicated team (3 people), coordinating ad-hoc studies and cross-functional projects to support the overall performance of the Equipment Division.
- You will oversee the production of monthly results (financial close) and forecasts for the Equipment activity, as well as the preparation of the budget.
- You will contribute to establishing management standards for commercial quotations and the results of the Group’s Lines.
- You will drive the analysis of accounting vs. management variances, identify improvement levers, and propose corrective actions.
- You will contribute to improving, monitoring, and testing various analysis and management tools; you will automate and enhance reporting tools.
- You will present financial summaries to the Management.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, or a degree from a business school or engineering school.
- You have minimum 10 years of experience in management control, ideally gained within a large international group.
- You are proficient in IT and office tools, particularly Excel (PowerPivot) and Access.
- Your analytical skills, organizational abilities, open-mindedness, and strong interpersonal skills will be key assets for success in this role.
- You have a working proficiency in English.
