PMO HR Digital Team

THE ROLE

As the PMO for the Digital HR activities (ie: Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Digital Learning, HR Operations & Controlling), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of HR Digital projects, from system implementations to process optimizations. You will act as the central hub for project governance, standardization, and reporting, enabling the HR Digital team to align initiatives with business objectives in the different HR streams: Talent Attraction, Talent Management & Development, Controlling & Monitoring, HR Operations & Payroll Governance, Compensation & Benefits, Data Quality and HR Transformation. 
Your expertise in project management methodologies and HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Learning) will drive efficiency, transparency, and collaboration across stakeholders.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Project Governance & Standardization
•    Define, implement, and maintain PMO frameworks, methodologies, and best practices tailored to Digital HR projects.
•    Develop and enforce project governance policies, including risk management, change control, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, AI act, labor laws).
•    Standardize project documentation (charters, RACI matrices, business cases) and ensure adherence across the HR Digital portfolio 
•    Deploy a unique portfolio management system across team & organization. 
Portfolio & Program Management
•    Oversee the HR Digital project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, ROI, and strategic alignment. 
•    Track and report on project KPIs (scope, timeline, budget, resources).
•    Identify dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks, proposing mitigation strategies to leadership.
•    Bridge communication between HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure clarity on project goals, deliverables, and timelines. (ie. M&A roadmap, HR Digital x IT governance, Global HR annual processes…).
•    Facilitate steering committee meetings.
•    Reinforce tool adoption & support change management initiatives, including training and adoption strategies.
Strategic Support
•    Stay updated on HR tech trends (e.g., AI in HR, employee experience platforms) and recommend innovations.
•    Single point of contact for RH x AI initiatives via Group Governance instances.

Management – PM Community
•    Direct line management of 1 PMO
•    Transversal management of technical & functional PMs (4 people)


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

•    8+ years in PMO, project management, business analysis, or IT environment with at least 2 years in HR/HR tech environments or business partnership.
•    Hands-on experience with PM software, HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP), and data visualization tools.
•    Analytical Skills - Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable plans.
•    Communication - Fluent in English & French, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences (including efficient presentation and relevant materials).
•    Capability to animate and lead project instances mixing expert to top management audience.
•    Problem-solving and conflict resolution in cross-functional settings.
Preferred
•    HR Knowledge: Familiarity with HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, talent management).
•    Technical Aptitude: Understanding of APIs, data migration, or system integrations in HR Digital contexts.
