THE ROLE
MyHR is the Group's SAP SuccessFactors platform. Eleven modules are live and the platform serves the entire workforce across 160 countries.
As Technical Product Owner (PO), you own the configuration and the technical design of one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules within MyHR, and you are accountable for a result that is optimized, efficient and in line with best practice.
You sit in the Central Digital HR team and report to the Technical HRIS Manager. Requirements arrive from the functional HRIS team, and you convert them into configuration, data model changes, business rules, permissions and integration design.
You are the authority on whether a requested design is compliant with SAP standard, sustainable across geographies and consistent with the rest of the platform, and you challenge requests where a stronger technical option exists.
Technical design is held internally, so the configuration of your scope is yours to define. Build and run sit with the same team, so the design you decide on is the design that reaches production. The Group maintains a direct relationship with SAP, including release previews, early adopter programs and customer influence channels.
Each Technical PO holds a primary scope. Scopes are individually owned and collectively aligned.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
• Designing, building and documenting the configuration of your modules: data model, picklists, foundation objects, business rules, workflows, permissions (RBP) and module-specific artifacts.
• Guaranteeing that every change is traceable, reversible and reproducible from a test tenant to production.
• Assessing every incoming requirement against SAP standard capability, preferring standard over custom, configuration over code, and governed referentials over hardcoded values.
• Identifying, registering and retiring technical debt: redundant fields, obsolete rules, orphaned permissions, hardcoded populations and superseded interfaces.
• Monitoring SAP quarterly releases, assessing impact, running regression testing and landing the adoption decisions with the functional Product Owners.
• Acting as technical co-owner on projects alongside the functional Product Owner, and contributing to the Group digital HR governance bodies.
• Working with the Integrations owner and the middleware teams on interface design, error handling and monitoring.
• Participating to support activities as a last escalation level (30%) on the support chain, centralizing the expertise.
• Building the tooling that removes manual effort from recurring HRIS work: mass imports and audits, configuration extraction and comparison, permission and population reporting, data quality controls.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You have configured SAP SuccessFactors hands-on, with demonstrable depth in at least one of the SuccessFactors modules and experience of multi-country deployment.
You have the standing to challenge a requested design and to propose a stronger one. High-level communication ability is essential, in particular your ability to explain a technical constraint to a non-technical audience in plain language.
In addition, you possess:
• Understanding of integration patterns between SuccessFactors and the surrounding landscape, including payroll, identity and provisioning, and middleware.
• Analytical rigor and the discipline to test before delivering.
• Degree in School of Engineering or University.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification on one or more modules, and the associated delta certifications, are valued.
• Good level of English mandatory, French proficiency ideal as well.
