YOUR ROLE:


Within the Corporate QSSE Terminals and Inland (TI) Division, your mission is to coordinate the quality and standards processes regarding the activities of Terminals and Inland assets under the scope of the QSSE TI Division to ensure an efficient system complying with applicable rules, regulations, and expectations.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO:


•Develop and maintain the QSSE TI Guidelines in coordination with the QSSE TI division’s Operational team.

•Ensure alignment of the QSSE TI Guidelines with CMA CGM Group requirements and international regulations.

•Define and maintain the QSSE TI audit process in coordination with the QSSE TI division management (Audit process, Checklist, support documents, etc.).

•Monitor applicable rules, regulations and industry standards through dedicated tools and database and communicate any relevant information to the assets.

•Manage and update the QSSE Documentation Management Systems (ensure document availability, reliability and traceability).

•Coordinate workshops with the relevant departments to develop the standards.

•Coordinate the communication process.

•Coordinate, provide support, and follow the ISO certifications process of the assets – before (tender analysis and feedback), during (system definition and implementation) and after the certification (non-conformities, action plans, etc.).

•Develop and deliver trainings (QSSE TI Guidelines, ISO standards, Internal audits) and presentations (seminars, workshops) to the assets.

•Ensure all the duties in accordance with QSSE policies.

•Contribute to the improvement and promotion of safety culture.

•Provide all data, related to QSSE TI, required by CMA CGM group, customers and third parties.

•Develop projects with CMA CGM group to reduce administrative tasks.

•Take the responsibilities of specific projects and participate to other ones as contributor at the management request.

•Ensure a backup role concerning QSSE reporting and CSR contributor at the request.

•Ensure the compliance of the standards to the GDPR Data Protection.

 


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:


•Master’s degree in QHSE Management.

•Strong knowledge of ISO standards especially ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.

•Fluent in English.

•International mobility for on-site missions.

•Communication-oriented, team spirit, analytical skills, result oriented, ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment, strong multi-tasking, and organizational skills are the essential qualities for this position.

•Excellent knowledge of the O365 office suite.
