YOUR ROLE

Within CMA CGM's European commercial team, you will work in direct support of sales managers and line managers: volume tracking, performance analysis, reporting, market intelligence. Every analysis you produce feeds real decisions that impact the region's competitiveness.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

 

As Sales Support for the Europe Region of the CMA CGM Group, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Report and analyze the impact of each Blank Sailing, in addition to structural schedule changes, and provide clear performance insights.
  • Update the regional management deck on a monthly basis and prepare the weekly
  • Coordinate the organization of regional seminars and workshops, working closely with Lines and agencies with the support of the team.
  • Support agencies in organizing commercial and marketing events, ensuring full compliance with internal processes and proper system updates.
  • Act as a key interface with the EURAF team, ensuring strong alignment and smooth information flow regarding vessel profiles, cargo segmentation, fleet deployment, and operational constraints.
  • Take ownership of PowerPoint presentations covering all regional topics, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and executive-level standards.
