YOUR ROLE :
Reporting to the Group Insurance Department, you are responsible for managing, technically monitoring, and renewing the insurance programs under your scope. You play a key role in coordination, operational advisory, and technical expertise for the Group’s entities, within a demanding and constantly evolving international environment.
You provide technical support to operational, finance, and project teams, while occasionally assisting the claims teams with complex cases, and contributing to raising awareness among subsidiaries regarding insurance obligations and best practices.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Autonomous management of insurance programs and projects;

Management and coordination of internal and external stakeholders;

Participation in strategic projects from the due diligence phase;

Contribution to project analysis to support the Group’s growth;

Analysis of Group activities to adapt insurance coverage;
-
Day-to-day policy management and oversight of the PD/BI program (Property Damage/Business Interruption);

Risk monitoring in coordination with Risk Engineers and brokers;
-
Analysis of exposures and risks;
-
Integration of new subsidiaries and sites;
-
International coordination and harmonization of coverage;
-
Review of commercial contracts and adaptation of insurance programs;

Preparation and negotiation of renewals;
-
Analysis of terms, pricing, and implementation of the insurance strategy;
-
Monitoring of the technical performance of policies and recommendation of corrective actions per entity.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
-
Master’s degree (Master 2) in Insurance, Business School, or equivalent qualification.
-
Specialization in Property Damage insurance is highly desirable.
-
Minimum 12 years of experience in Transport & Logistics insurance and/or Property Damage.

Multi-line expertise (Liability, Motor Fleet, Construction, Marine Cargo, Aviation, etc.) would be an asset.

Strong understanding of industrial risks;

Solid experience with international programs and structures including integrated local policies;

Good knowledge of renewal processes, placement, and negotiation;

Fluent English (daily interactions required);

Strong proficiency in IT tools (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools are a plus);
