YOUR ROLE
As part of your studies, you are currently looking for an internship to complete your degree (Bac+5 / business school, Master's or MBA).
You will join the CISO Office, a cross-functional team that acts as the governance entity of the Group's Cyber Security Department. The CISO Office defines, oversees and executes the Department's strategy, steers the overall Cyber Program, handles all strategic initiatives, supports the CISO through its network of Regional CISOs, and defines and controls the budget.
As part of the CISO Office, you will play a key role in building the Cyber Department's communication and marketing pillar. You will help design and shape a communication strategy that reflects the department's mission, values and goals, and bring fresh ideas on communication trends and strategy design.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Communication & marketing strategy: You will help build a comprehensive communication and marketing plan for the Cyber Department. Working with the CISO Office, you will develop use cases and align marketing strategies with business growth objectives.
- Market research & benchmarking: You will research and analyze industry best practices and digital marketing trends to feed into the department's strategy.
- Campaigns & content creation: You will help design communication campaigns that showcase the department's achievements and thought leadership. You will also create content for different channels: internal platforms, newsletters, posters, etc.
- Branding & positioning: You will contribute to branding, messaging and positioning so that the department's brand identity stays consistent and professional.
- Performance monitoring: You will track and evaluate how well communication initiatives perform, and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
- Events & thought leadership: You will help coordinate global cyber events and thought leadership initiatives.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Education: Bac+5 level (Master's or MBA) in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience developing communication and/or marketing activities.
- Technical skills:
- Strong interest in digital marketing, communication strategy and brand management
- Ability to conduct in-depth market research and data analysis
- Creativity and a strategic approach to marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with content management systems, MS Office and digital marketing tools; advanced PowerPoint and Canva skills
- Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Personal qualities: Service-oriented with a consulting mindset; strong interpersonal skills; curious, open-minded, proactive and motivated.
