YOUR ROLE
Within a fast- growing international environment and an ambitious organization you will contribute to driving and optimizing recruitment strategies for our Global Head office and internationally.
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will position Talent Acquisition as a strategic business partner, contribute to the Group’s transformation, and actively support the company’s growth ambition.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience Senior Manager, you will:
- position the Talent Acquisition team for corporate functions as strategic talent acquisition business partner,
- lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Officers specialized in Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal, IT, etc.),
- design and execute hiring strategies that attract top-performing talent, elevate candidate experience, and strengthen our employer brand,
- contribute to the Group’s talent acquisition transformation through high-impact projects, structuring and optimizing the recruitment function to support the company’s expansion.
WHAT WILL YOU DO ?
Talent acquisition management for Corporate Functions
- Act as trusted advisor to Management and key stakeholders, providing market insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies.
- Define and implement Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Improve and optimize recruitment processes to attract qualified talents while ensuring a positive candidate journey.
- Continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes to attract qualified talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate journey.
- Lead, support, and develop a small team of recruiters dedicated to corporate functions, fostering performance, engagement, and competence development.
- Monitor team activity and performance through KPIs and dashboards, ensuring hiring objectives and service levels are met.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture, driving effective cross-functional cooperation with Talent Attraction, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers.
- Leverage data, feedback, and best practices to drive continuous improvement across the full talent acquisition lifecycle.
Employer Brand
- Contribute to the enhancement of the employer brand through targeted actions.
- Implement innovative strategies for sourcing and recruitment.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
Talent Acquisition Projects & Innovation
- Contribute to key talent acquisition projects from design to implementation of new strategies, processes, and technologies.
- Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders, to define project scope, gather requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Support the selection, deployment, and adoption of new digital tools and technologies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing talent acquisition guidelines and practices to increase efficiency and users experience.
- Contribute to change management plans: prepare and communicate changes, support training, and facilitate adoption among HR teams and business stakeholders.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably including experience in a recruitment/headhunting firm.
- At least 4 years in a managerial role leading recruitment teams.
- Preferably strong understanding of corporate functions (Finance, IT, Legal, etc.).
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to track and interpret KPIs, challenge processes, and propose data-driven improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, international context.
- Languages: Fluency in English and French.
