YOUR ROLE

 

As part of the Talent Attraction department of the CMA CGM Group, you will join the Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in identifying and attracting high-performing and diverse talent across the organization. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, advising senior stakeholders on talent market insights, recruitment strategies and candidate assessment.

You will lead complex recruitment assignments and contribute to shaping the Group’s talent acquisition approach, ensuring that CMA CGM continues to attract the talent required to support its ambitious international growth.

Operating in a fast-paced and international environment, you will combine hands-on recruitment expertise with a strategic mindset to deliver best-in-class hiring practices and a strong candidate experience.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for complex and strategic roles across the business.
  • Partner closely with senior hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand business needs and define effective recruitment strategies.
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies, including headhunting and direct search methodologies, to identify and engage high-quality talent in competitive markets.
  • Provide expert advice to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including candidate assessment, market insights and hiring decisions.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates and external partners.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and methodologies.
  • Leverage recruitment data and HR analytics to support better decision-making and improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Support and contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Group’s values and employer brand in the talent market.
  • Contribute to the Group’s talent acquisition transformation through high-impact projects, structuring and optimizing the recruitment function to support the company’s expansion.
  • Contribute to foster an enabling work environment within the talent attraction team

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Minimum 10 years experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally combining in-house recruitment and executive search / direct sourcing experience.
  • Strong expertise in headhunting and proactive sourcing strategies, with the ability to identify and engage high-quality talent.
  • Experience managing complex recruitment processes and partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Data-driven mindset with an interest in recruitment analytics and process improvement.
  • Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented approach.
  • Fluent French and English are mandatory.
