THE ROLE :

 

This position will support recruitment activities across the LATAM and Caribbean region. This role will ensure centralized coordination, consistency, and efficiency in the recruitment/hiring processes. Will support corporate branding, foster innovation in recruitment practices, that align with CMA CGM global and regional strategies.  Additionally, they will support talent pipeline development, succession planning, and knowledge transfer.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

 

  • Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening and interview coordination and Support recruitment activities across the LATAM and Caribbean region.
  • Collaborate with HR Managers and Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to identify top talent.
  • Ensure centralized coordination and consistency in recruitment processes.
  • Enhance employer branding through innovative recruitment practices.
  • Assist in creating and posting job postings.
  • Align recruitment strategies with CMA CGM's global and regional goals.
  • Support talent pipeline development and succession planning.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer within the organization.

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ? 

 

  • Master's in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the LATAM and Caribbean region.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Multilingual skills (English and Spanish) is required, Portuguese is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
