YOUR ROLE

Imagine the Control Room as the core of our warehouse, orchestrating logistics management with precision. Our department's mission is to maximize productivity and ensure flawless delivery reliability. Without the Control Room, our entire operation grinds to a halt.

Every 15 minutes, you'll craft precise pickbatches and closely monitor progress. Your expertise will shine as you optimize processes, providing invaluable insights and guidance to our operation and the dedicated Process Control Room Specialist. You won't be doing it alone; you'll be part of a professional team alongside three Operational Control Room Specialists. Plus, you'll maintain a strong connection with our Resource Planner, ensuring seamless coordination.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Enter pickbatches so that the operation has the correct buffers;
• Monitor the continuous flow on the system in the warehouse;
• Provide the operation with an update every hour based on the monitoring of the performance;
• You communicate with the operation about the division of labor and adjustments that should or should not be made on different flows, parameters and stations;
• You are responsible for allocating resources, workstations and machinery based on the production plan.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A completed mbo-4 education;
• At least 2 years of work experience logistics or production, preferably in a similarly dynamic work environment;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel;
• Strong communication and proficiency in Dutch and/or English;
• Full-time availability.

• A market-based salary between €2.517,38 and €3.443,16 depending on your work experience and level of education;
