WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS QESH EMPLOYEE?
As QHSE Employee (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) you work closely together with the site leadership team to create a safe and healthy working environment for our employees. You are the driver for QHSE topics on site, performing relevant activities, executing projects and monitoring the safety and quality policy. You register and resolve operational issues relating to the QHSE disciplines. You are able to analyze patterns and trends; you provide the team with insights and you advise and action the countermeasures that need to be taken. In this job you cooperate with many colleagues from different departments; supervisors, operators, facility, lean agents, central experts, etc.
Some of the tasks you will perform:
- Risk Inventory & Evaluations (RI&E) & monitor the plan of action;
- Checking Last Minute Risk Assessments (LMRA);
- Leading safety tours on Site and process the outcome;
- Assess risks in workplace investigations;
- Coordinate and discuss management of change processes;
- Drafting and maintaining Emergency & Evacuation Plans, coordinating and leading the Emergency Response Team;
- Conducting incident analyses and managing follow-ups;
- Creating and implementing safety procedures and instructions; and
- Raising safety awareness across all levels of the operation by giving trainings and toolboxes across the site;
WHERE ARE YOU GOING TO WORK?
Your workplace is at our location in Nieuwegein! There you will be part of the QESH Team, consisting of five colleagues. Together you ensure that our employees are working in a safe and healthy environment, which guarantees the quality of our logistics service towards our customers. You will do this in a driven and professional atmosphere, where there is plenty of room for fun and connection! You report to QESH Business Partner and your working hours vary between 08:00 and 18:00 PM.

- A gross monthly salary between € 2.884 and € 3.918 plus 8% holiday pay (classification depending on, among other things, your work experience and level of education);
- A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment;

- Profit sharing of max. 3% for positive company results;
- Travel allowance from 10.0 km home-work distance;
