VOTRE RÔLE
Your main responsibility will be to monitor and manage operations-related files, including pre-arrival activities, claims handling, and container tracking.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Complete vessel entry and departure formalities;
- Process, enter, and submit import/export manifests to Customs and Port Authorities, and ensure their integration into ASYCUDA World;
- Manage port calls, including operational reports and coordination with the stevedore, vessel, shipping line, and Harbour Master’s Office;
- Submit port-call data to SSC/PCR for the preparation of the Port Call Report;
- Compile vessel data and prepare a port-call summary report for management following each vessel’s departure;
- Monitor and handle customer claims relating to cargo damage, in coordination with SSC Cargo Claims, surveyors, and customers;
- Process damaged container and Maintenance & Repair (M&R) files and submit them to the Recovery Department;
- Create recovery files in iRecovery;
- Coordinate container releases and monitor container movements;
- Compare loading and discharge instructions in ShipManager against terminal lists upon completion of operations;
- Generate and publish import/export PCO lists in LISA;
- Manage cargo transfer files and operations in coordination with Customs Authorities, SMCP, ONISPA, customers, and the terminal;
- Provide backup support to other team members when required;
- Proactively contribute to agency projects and propose process improvements;
- Provide support to General Management as required.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field, with at least three years of professional experience in the maritime industry.
Fluent in French and Hassaniya Arabic, you also have a good command of English. You are proficient in industry-specific software, including LARA, LISA Equipment, GAIA, iRecovery, and Microsoft Office.
Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated, you are able to work independently and have a strong understanding of logistics operations, particularly container logistics.
