YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, and leading cross-functional projects.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

• Build and manage the agency’s project portfolio while conducting strategic monitoring of public policy initiatives, investment programs, and various business opportunities.
• Propose tailored projects in response to identified opportunities, along with an optimal implementation plan.
• Analyze constraints, interdependencies, and alignment with the agency’s strategic objectives.
• Prepare and facilitate project governance meetings in collaboration with the relevant departments and headquarters teams to ensure project approval.
• Monitor projects in line with strategic priorities and ensure their proper implementation.
• Provide a detailed monthly report to management and headquarters on ongoing projects.
• Prepare ad hoc presentations to track project progress and share key information with stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets in coordination with the Finance department.
• Lead cross-functional projects, particularly in digital transformation and the development of innovative solutions to support the agency’s teams.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

• A master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or university, with a focus on Business Administration, Management, or Entrepreneurship.
• Diligence, curiosity, organizational skills, and clarity
• Strong presentation skills.
• You have a very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have an interest in digital solutions and tools.
• Previous experience in Africa would be an added asset to fully succeed in this role.
