YOUR ROLE

He will be responsible for documenting and analyzing files associated with movement of Ocean  goods, using entry to more advanced technical and support knowledge on a broad range of ocean  requirements, and related policies, programs and practices.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Providing a variety of services using entry to advanced level technical and support knowledge covering multiple areas of ocean operations requirements, including data files, documentation, invoices, delivery orders and others related.

 

 Reviewing, completing and processing various degrees of  Océan  freight documentation, databases producing reports for  Océan  operations, and related services.

 

Providing basic to more advanced support in the interpretation and assistance to staff and management regarding  Océan freight policies, programs and practices.

 

Providing support researching issues and developing recommendations to resolve issues related to  Océan  freight Operations.

Assisting in the review and implementation of  Océan  freight policies, practices and programs to meet organizational, operations, customer and management needs.

 

Assisting to ensure compliance with applicable country laws, rules and regulations; receives guidance and direction or escalates when required

Education & Qualifications

Graduation from a high school or secondary school, or equivalent education and experience is often accepted. Formal vocational or college degree might be preferred for higher level roles, but typically not required

Experience


 Typically require less than three years of experience in ocean services or operational area, intermediate roles typically require at least three years of experience and more senior roles typically require at least five years of experience and at least two years of experience at the intermediate level.

Specialist Knowledge & Skills

Basic to more advanced general knowledge of ocean operations and services.

Basic analytical skills and good service orientation.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills

Communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction.
