Sales Support Representative

 

YOUR ROLE:

 

Sales Support Representative is a professional who processes sales with a customer-focused attitude to ensure that the client is satisfied and their needs met. They will also identify potential clients, maintain databases of orders processed, and create lists for new prospects and customers while updating existing ones when necessary. 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

As sales support representative, your commitments are: 

  • Providing data and guides to help the sales team. 

  • Developing and monitoring sales performance 

  • Preparing rate quotaion for tender and customer inquiries. 

  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information. 

  • Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.   

  • Help Sales rep to promote CMA CGM group services and Non-Maritime products (e-commerce, VAS, intermodal, CEVA cross sell) 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  

Must have:  

  • Good communication skills both in Japanese and English (both writing and speaking).  

  • Analytical and multitasking skills 

  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices 

  • Teamwork and motivational skills 

 

Nice to have:  

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel 

  • Professional writing skill for customer advisory both in Japanese and English.  

  • Accuracy of data handling.
