Group Compensation and Benefits Senior Specialist (Fixed-term contract)

This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract (FTC) based in Courbevoie, starting in April.
Reporting to the Group Human Resources Department and under the responsibility of the Group Director of Employee Benefits, you will play a key role in defining, harmonizing, and driving the performance of employee benefits programs on a global scale.
You will provide both operational and strategic support across all Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs covering more than 160 countries, several SBUs (Logistics, Shipping, Media, etc.), and a workforce of over 120,000 employees.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Global Employee Benefits Management (International Scope)

Contribute to the management of pension, provident, and health plans across the international scope.

Monitor contracts in coordination with our global broker.

Develop and update key performance indicators: transition progress, cost savings achieved, pooled contract performance, etc.

Conduct international regulatory monitoring.

Develop communication materials tailored to local markets and internal stakeholders.

Contribute to other employee benefit schemes such as company cars, business travel insurance, internal mobility programs, expatriate insurance, and wellbeing initiatives (mental health, sports, etc.).
Employee Benefits Management – France Scope (All SBUs)

Monitor contracts and profit & loss accounts related to health and provident schemes.

Oversee employee savings schemes: profit-sharing, incentive schemes, PEE, PERCO, employer matching contributions, etc.

Contribute to overall financial monitoring of employee benefits (liabilities, costs, savings, etc.).

Participate in the social liabilities valuation process (IAS 19) in coordination with Finance teams.

Provide local HR support and ensure proper implementation of Group policies.

Contribute to the development and harmonization of employee benefit programs (pensions, childcare facilities, meal vouchers, etc.).
Group Policies & Compliance

Formalize Group C&B policies and support their rollout across entities.

Ensure understanding, adoption, and proper implementation through HRBPs and the C&B community.
Studies, Benchmarks & Market Analysis

Respond to external and internal surveys.

Analyze international trends in Compensation & Benefits.
-
Share results with the Group C&B community and provide recommendations.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education & Experience
-
Master’s degree (HR, actuarial science, economics, or equivalent).

Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in actuarial work, consulting, or a C&B function, ideally in an international environment.
Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong interest in data analysis.

Excellent understanding of employee benefits mechanisms and international regulations.

Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
