THE ROLE
As an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and enforcing the CMA CGM Group’s standards in these areas.
This position is based in Paris.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
Regulatory Monitoring and Risk Prevention:
Ensure compliance with current health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Implement risk prevention measures and ensure their follow-up.
Organization of Drills and Exercises:
Plan and coordinate drills and exercises in collaboration with all departments and management.
Train and raise awareness among teams on HSE best practices.
Service Provider Oversight:
Supervise HSE service providers, such as security agents, inspection agencies, and external auditors.
Assess provider performance and propose corrective actions when necessary.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular reporting (weekly, monthly, and annual) on HSE activities and KPIs within your scope.
Identify areas for improvement and propose action plans.

Skills and Experience:
You have at least 4 years of experience in safety and risk prevention.
You have expert-level knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
