  • 1.PURPOSE

     

      Coordinating pre/post-sales, Customer visit, sales back-up

     

    2. WORK RELATIONSHIP

     

    • Internal: HO/ARO, CS Dept. Docs team, Traffic team, Accounting, Logistics & Operations, Branch offices & CMA CGM Agencies
    • External: Customers, Barge/Feeder operator, Depot & Terminal

    3. RESPONSIBILITIES

    • To deliver volumes from own customers portfolio, acquisition (controlled/non-control)
    • To maintain existing customers and find new customers/business opportunities for inbound and outbound customers incl. dry container, OOG, reefer, inland haulage, intermodal, and VAS
    • To handle all weekly or monthly meetings, and phone calls by following the standard operating procedures
    • To coordinate with Sales Support on all inquiry quotations and schedules
    • To send sales leads for out/inbound customers incl. VIP/IFF/LFF/GA and follow-up
    • To update all sales activities in NOVA incl. MID, client visit/phone call, complaint, specific opportunities, and sales lead
    • To follow up on onboarding customers and handover to customer service
    • To work as a team, build good relationships, and increase company visibility
    • To prepare commercial reports, and weekly performance if necessary.

     

    4. QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE

    • Degree holding
    • 1-3 years of shipping experience in a similar position in a shipping company or freight forwarder
    • Patient, courteous, open, dynamic, persuasive, customer minded
    • Proactive and attentive to details
    • Team spirit, fast learner, problem-solving, committed to growth
    • Fluent English & Mandarin speaking
    • Advanced level MS Office, internet surfing
