  • Find, elaborate and document needs through CEVA
  • Helping to match delivery model to needs in the data area across CEVA
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure that initiatives have clear value propositions and deliver accordingly
  • Use and market governance and supporting frameworks for portfolio management across the data area and CEVA
  • Communicate results and ideas to stakeholders on all levels in the CEVA organisation.
  • Work closely together with other parts of CEVA to make sure that there are many ideas ready to be developed at any time
  • Work to increase data literacy across CEVA
  • Make sure that the Data COE is operationally aligned with priorities and initiatives for CEVA




  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, physics, mathematics, econometrics, computer science, business or similar.          
  • Strongly prefer Masters in statistics, physics, mathematics, econometrics, computer science, business or related field.
  • An MBA or similar leadership development strongly preferred.
  • 5 years of experience doing technical Business analysis and or portfolio management. Experience in how to document, plan and execute, needs and development initiatives.  All essential + proven track record being part of developing a strong development methodology. Experience from leading development initiatives from idea to deployment.
  • An interest in data management and data science
  • Strong business analysis skills
  • Ability to create comprehensive business cases and project plans
  • Ability to lead limited development initiatives
  • Ability to challenge stakeholders to describe underlying needs and wants
  • Ability to “sell” benefits of data management and data science              •           All essential
  • Comprehensive understanding of MDM and machine learning techniques.
  • An ability to create templates, processes and frameworks needed for efficient business analysis
  • Ability to lead and manage data initiatives
  • An understanding of data architecture both physical, logical and functional
  • Good analytical skills combined with being structured and organised.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills: active listening, coaching, and facilitating.
  • Ability to make complex situations simple understood and embraced.
  • Ability to lead in a convincing and inspiring way
  • Ability to “sell” concepts and create enthusiasm for preferred solutions
  • Ability to explain data management and machine learning to non-technical stakeholders
  • Work with technology as a business tool and translate requirements into solutions, balancing user experience, business needs and IT constraints.
  • Managerial and leadership skills
  • Strong ability to structure work and delivery across an initiatives lifetime
