As part of its growth and development, CMA CGM Benelux is recruiting a Cluster Intermodel Executive Benelux to join its Cross Sales team within the Commercial pillar. We are looking for an commercial professional to accelerate our intermodal growth across the Benelux region. Reporting directly to the Benelux Cross Sell Manager, this role gives you the opportunity to design and deliver innovative end-to-end logistics solutions that connect businesses and markets worldwide.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Intermodal Executive, you will be a key player in our intermodal strategy, empowering sales teams, strengthening customer relationships, and driving sustainable transport solutions. Your expertise will help us expand our reach, boost performance, and deliver seamless logistics experiences across the Benelux cluster.

 

The key responsibilities of the Intermodal Executive BLX are devided as such :

  • Act as the go-to expert for intermodal products, equipping sales teams with the tools, materials, and confidence to succeed.
  • Conduct regular visits to intermodal terminals across the Benelux region, sharing insights and leads with our local and global sales network.
  • Join customer visits with sales teams to promote and negotiate intermodal solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze agency performance, ensuring actions are taken to meet targets in collaboration with Sales and Procurement team.
  • Serve as the bridge between local commercial and procurement teams, regional offices, and head office to streamline communication and reporting agency intermodal performance.


SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of the Benelux intermodal network.
  • HBO/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a drive for results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce.com).
  • Valid Category B driving license.
