As part of our growing organization, CMA CGM Holland is offering an exciting internship opportunity within our Human Resources team. Based in our office in Rhoon, you will work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain valuable experience across a broad range of HR topics within the maritime logistics sector.
ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team in their daily activities and gain insight into the full employee lifecycle within an international organization. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and HR data, you will play an active role in supporting HR Business Partners and contributing to key HR projects.
This internship is ideal for students who are eager to develop themselves in a fast-paced, people-driven and professional environment where you can truly make an impact.
What you will be doing:
- Support the HR team in daily administrative and operational activities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening CVs and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help answer basic HR-related questions from employees and managers
- Assist in preparing HR documentation, reports and presentations
- Contribute to HR projects such as onboarding improvements, employer branding and employee engagement initiatives
- Support in HR data collection, analysis and reporting
- Assist with personnel administration and HR processes
- Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders across the organization
What we are looking for:
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s program in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or similar
- You are looking for an internship of at least 4–6 months (minimum 32 hours per week)
- You have an interest in HR and employee development within an international organization
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of the English language (working language in the office is Dutch)
- You are proactive, eager to learn and take ownership
- You have strong communication skills and a people-oriented mindset
- You are well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- You have basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
