Are you looking for a hands-on internship in a dynamic and international environment? As part of our growing organization, CMA CGM Holland is offering an exciting internship opportunity within our Sales Support team. Based in our office in Rhoon, you will work closely with a driven commercial team and gain valuable experience in the maritime logistics sector.

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
As a Sales Support Intern, you will support the Sales Support team in their daily activities and gain insight into the full commercial and operational process within maritime logistics. You will play an active role in supporting Account and Sales Managers, while learning how to manage customer relationships, quotations, and internal coordination.

This internship is ideal for students who are eager to develop themselves in a fast-paced, international business environment.

What you will be doing is :

• Support the Sales Support team in daily administrative and commercial activities
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and follow-ups
• Help prepare and manage quotations and pricing requests
• Work with CRM systems and support data entry and maintenance
• Assist in monitoring workflows and ensuring timely follow-up
• Support in resolving operational or customer-related issues
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights
• Collaborate with different internal departments

What we are looking for :

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (e.g. Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime, Business Administration or similar)
• You are looking for an internship of at least 4 months
• You have an interest in the maritime logistics / shipping industry
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You are proactive, eager to learn, and hands-on
• You have strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• You are well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with MS Office
