As part of our ambitious growth and development strategy, CMA CGM Holland is looking for a Sales Support Professional to strengthen our Sales Support team. Based in our office in Rhoon, you’ll collaborate with a vibrant and driven commercial team that’s passionate about delivering excellence.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Support Professional, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Account and Sales Managers by ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes for a diverse portfolio of customers. You’ll be the vital link between our clients, sales teams, and internal departments—helping to resolve operational challenges and elevate customer satisfaction.

 

The key responsibilities of the Sales Support Professional are divided as such :

  • Provide proactive administrative and sales support to Account and Sales Managers
  • Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and daily support
  • Manage and follow up on quotation requests and workflows
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute insights
  • Utilize CRM and pricing systems daily
  • Collaborate on dispute resolution and root cause analysis
  • Ensure accurate filing of quotations, including FMC filings
  • Share customer feedback with local trade managers
  • Develop and present business cases to Head Office line managers
  • Promote CMA CGM’s full suite of services including e-Commerce, CMACGM+, Intermodal, and CEVA cross-selling
     

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and other business systems
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
  • A natural relationship builder and collaborative team player
  • Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving abilities
  • Able to present data clearly and effectively
  • Knowledge of Logistics and Shipping is a strong advantage
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Committed to following company guidelines and procedures
