Your role / Tavs uzdevums

You will join our Riga-based team, which covers transportation planning and coordination for our CMA CGM teams in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Your role will focus on covering Lithuania, but the whole team will support each other when needed. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective transportation of cargo, maintaining high service standards, and enhancing our overall logistical operations.

Jūsu galvenais uzdevums būs darbs ar Lietuvas tirgu, taču visa komanda atbalstīs viens otru, kad tas būs nepieciešams. Jūsu zināšanas un prasmes būs būtiskas, lai nodrošinātu efektīvu un ekonomisku kravu transportēšanu, uzturētu augstus pakalpojumu standartus un uzlabotu mūsu loģistikas darbību kopumā.

What are you going to do? / Tavi pienākumi

• Coordinating road transports with relevant stakeholders
• Communication with drivers
• Coordinating customer-related tasks with customer service
• Monitoring and reporting tasks, managing changes and reacting to unexpected situations when needed
• Participating in various projects

Who are we looking for? / Ko mēs meklējam?

Our ideal candidate for this role has:

• Relevant education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or another related field
• Previous experience in transportation planning, logistics, or a similar role within the shipping or logistics industry
• Fluent Latvian and English language skills. Lithuanian skills are seen as an advantage. Our official company language is English, and day-to-day communication with team happens mostly in Latvian. Lithuanian skills are an advantage, as your role will focus on covering the Lithuanian agency tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Excellent problem-solving skills, detail orientation with an eye for accuracy
• Fluency and interest in IT tools

Lietuviešu valodas prasmes ir priekšrocība, jo jūsu loma būs saistīta ar Lietuvas aģentūras uzdevumiem.
