Job Overview
Contributes to fulfillment of the Commercial Objectives by developing and manages a customer portfolio in a specified geographic area in accordance with Agency Business Plan Management; Promote and sell products and services and contributes to encourage Group image and values.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify commercial market opportunities and prospect and follow up customers to develop and monitor the customer’s portfolio
- Sell & promote Group Services and Non-Maritime products (ecommerce, VAS, intermodal, CEVA,…) in compliance with the pricing policy and supports digital platform.
- Receive, qualify in priority customers’ requests and process their requests to trade case by case based on volumes and conditions per account.
- Plan and conduct commercial visit according to the commercial action plan and produce visit report in CRM.
- Ensure follow up on her/his customers portfolio payment and contribute to recover unpaid debt.
- Participate in commercial events and develop a professional network within her/his commercial area.
- Participate in establishing the Commercial actions plan and ensure the right customer's segmentation is selected in her/his area
- Ensure update of commercial data in the information system.
