Accounts Receivable Analyst

SCOPE OF RESPONSABILITIES:

• Support the internal goals achievement by performing all necessary tasks for the department.
• Ensure all the receivable processes are being correctly processed, following internal procedures
• Comply the process of collection on a properly time;
• Support internal teams (commercial, legal, customer service, invoicing) in daily tasks in general, negotiation and analysis.

• Guarantee update of customers information in order to support decisions and processes;
•  Identify and apply payments.
• Support and control outsourcing collector company
• Perform account balances reconciliation with partners.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Degree: Required in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and related.
• IT and System Requirements: Intermediate level of Microsoft Office

• Language: English (desirable)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar positions and desirable experience in shipping business
