MISSION: Create and lead the marketing strategy guaranteeing the brand promotion well aligned with CMA CGM Group standards and the defined strategies and ensure the external and internal communication, create and maintain tools with business information, make feasible the necessary market and competitors’ analysis and define the company market share, and the mission is also guarantee the executive presentations development to board meetings.




  • Create Marketing Strategy to increase brand awareness.
  • Manage department budget, ensuring a high-quality marketing material.
  • Identify and create opportunities on media press, to keep the customers and leads updated about the company’s services.
  • Manage internal communication, maintaining the employees updated about company’s actions.
  • Manage and creation of social medias and website contents, giving visibility about products, services, brand and news.
  • Develop Marketing Campaigns, events, and seminars, aligning the marketing area with corporate goals and expectations.
  • Create communication and marketing materials such as corporate presentation, brochures, banners, corporate videos, bank of images and giveaways.

Expected Results: Promote brand awareness, standardize visual communication according group standards, guarantee the participation in relevant events and seminars, maintain our communication channels updated with good content and supply commercial team with communication tools to support on sales.

Business Intelligence

  • Analyze the market, as Cabotage, River Plate and Feeder to provide intelligent information about aspects and market tendencies, supporting stakeholders’ decisions.
  • Provide analysis regarding Brazilian market per equipment, regions and products transported ensuring the market competitiveness and a high-quality operational.
  • Keep track in competitor’s performance and truck modal, such as volumes, services, vessel schedule providing visibility about the market.
  • Monitor Brazilian macroeconomic figures and events which would impact on business
  • Create and optimize tools to support on business, as dashboards.

Expected Results: Have good market data to support on decision making and action plans creation, provide clear business information to the team, support team with tools regarding truck transit time and lead time comparison, truck conversion and business dashboards.



  • Degree: Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Corresponding areas
  • IT and System Requirements: Advanced Office Pack, Power BI, ClickView, Social Media Ads
  • Language: Advanced English
  • Experience: 5 years
